Guizhou province

During a private visit in the mountains of the Guizhou province, C. Ayreay met farmers families of the yao minority. Because they cannot get enough income from the land, many farmers leave their family and go to work in the far away province of Guangdong. Sometimes, this heart-breaking eleven-month exile is imposed on young mothers who have no choice but go there to contribute to their family's survival.

With such a difficult economic situation , it is obvious that school fees are often the neglected item in a family budget. Several parents shared their concerns with C. Ayreay who accepted to extend the school sponsoring to this province. Since October two little boys have already found a sponsor among members of our Committee.
