The main aim of the association is to help under-privileged children in the People's Republic of China, starting with orphans, abandoned children and street-children but also children from poor families.

This aid may be given :

-	to orphanages and care centers that are already in existence (donation of equipment, medical care, renovation, personnel training)
-	by sponsoring education
-	help poor farmers and disaster-stricken families
-	by any useful means or action to stimulate public awareness and to gather funds or products which are within the scope of the aim of the association.

Furthermore, the association may extend its aid to any other region if the Board decides to undertake a project of assistance in reaction to a specific situation.
